Returns Policy

We hope that you love your items from us as we did when making them. But in the unfortunate event that you are unhappy with them, here is our returns policy.

Please notify us within 48hours of receiving your goods that you wish to return them. This can be done by emailing us at classiccreations01@gmail.com, please include the reason for the return.

Goods must be returned within 7 days. It is your responsibility to return goods to Classic Creations in a stable, unused condition. Only new and unworn merchandise is accepted, items with labels removed will not be refunded.

Once the item has been returned it will be inspected. Once we are satisfied with the condition of the goods a refund will be issued and you will be notified by email. Return postage is paid by the buyer and will not be refunded.

We would recommend using a recorded delivery service when sending anything back, we will not be held responsible for returns not received by us.

We reserve the right not to refund you if you return the items to us outside the terms and conditions of our policy.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund on jewellery for piercings due to health and safety reasons. Nor do we offer refunds on any bespoke items.

Import and customs charges incurred remain the responsibility of the customer at the point of import.

Please note that sale items are final sale and are non-refundable.

Please note that we do not offer refunds on bespoke work.

Alternations after 7 days of receipt and significant changes may incur a charge.

If you place an order after a consultation and then cancel within 24 hours you will be charged a £25.00 cancellation fee.

A 50% surcharge will be added to the shop price for all bespoke work undertaken.

A non-refundable deposit of £25 is required upon placing orders.
